We’ve recently started running an ad campaign in Street Foot Magazine in Korea. Below are a couple of the latest ads, featuring Nima Jalali in the Essential beanie (new for Winter 2011) and Walker Ryan in the Waxed canvas joint from Spring Summer 2010.
Our good homie Alex Van Wagner actually shot the photos for both of the ads. Alex recently also shot a documentary with Ice Cube for ESPN’s 30 for 30 series called, Straight Outta LA. The documentary focuses on the connection between NWA and the 1980′s LA Raiders and debuted a couple months back at the Tribecca Film Festival in New York. Check it out…
This is L.A. traffic on my way to Transworld. Actually, this is pretty much L.A., period. Loving it.
This is Jake Olson-Elm, lookin at some dude who just got broken in by the Transworld park.
This is Mike Hakker, Claudia, and June Bhongjan, talkin the talk. Mike and I got into a twins conversation and he told me that he was the “Master Copy” and Lance was the “Leftovers”, which is why their names start with “M” and “L” respectively.
This is Lance “Leftovers” Hakker, talkin the talk, on his phone, all alone.
This is the free-drink crowd, appropriately gathered near the free-drink bar.
This is Claudia, “Master Copy”, and June, posing the pose.
This is Episode, with an armful of free stuff from somewhere.
This is Mrs. Manfredi and Ms. Alcazar raising the girl/guy ratio. Too bad they’re both already taken by handsome men.
This is what a skatepark looks like when you turn it into a theater.
This is what Jake Kuzyk looks like inside that theater.
This is snowboarding’s video power couple.
This is a terrible photo of Transworld’s go-to guy John, and he was way more stoked on the movie than you could ever hope to be.
And this is another 5 Trick fix including a couple Jake Kuzyk shots that didn’t make the movie.
Transworld is giving away 20 G’s worth of product this month, each day, from a new brand. The Elm day of giveaways goes live at midnight tonight. Click here and enter for a chance to win. I’m pissed I didn’t enter for the Alex bottle today. Not because my name is Alex but because that shit fits a tall can of PBR… what!?
Bay area photographer Phil Emerson recently clicked off a couple more photos of the series of caps we put together with Clout Magazine, this time with rappers Mistah F.A.B., Equipto and Del. Bay Area representin’.
